  1. I got my wife a Vitamix on our first anniversary, 36 years later, it still works like new. It is not a blender, it is a life time machine. They are about $200.00 to $400.00, that a lot of money, but used once a week for 36 years that is less than $0.22 per day.
I have never sold or received monies for promoting kitchen appliance of any kind, I am a retired production mechanic & life long organic gardener who loves his Vitamix. I thinking of buying a Excalibur dehydrator, thinks for the model. I never thought of powdering scapes & adding salt according your on dietary needs. Love Your videos.

  2. I have to jump on the Vitamix bandwagon with everyone else who's recommended them. I don't know if this comment is too late now but they are MAGNIFICENT!! I have broken every blender i've ever owned until I got my Vitamix. Plus they have different containers and as much as you dehydrate and make your own powders and such, the dry container would be an absolute blessing for you! Thanks for the info on garlic scapes – I'm learning so much watching your channel!!

  3. My all time favorite way to use garlic scapes is tossing them with olive oil, s&p and then grilling them. I serve them with a homemade lemon pepper aioli.

My non-foodie fiancé now looks for them all summer at the farmers market so he can have me grill them for him.

  4. Becky I absolutely love your channel. My husband and I live south of Austin Texas, have four grown sons and 3 grandkids that live close by and we all have modest gardens. Your videos are so good! Thanks for all your hard work! Your garden is amazing!

  5. Raspberry leave tea, never heard of that! I learn something new every time I watch one of your videos! Fantastic! Does the tea actually taste like raspberry, I’m curious

  6. Great video as always, btw that blouse is lovely on you. Definitely your colour, I know in a past video you say you shy away from colour, but that blouse is a winner. Keep up the great work.
