  1. more time savings………..put the tea bags and sugar in the bottom of a gallon container make the concentrate buy adding boiling water

stir let it sit for 15 remove tea add water to lukewarm .. a TBS of apple cider vinigar prevents all mold no pots or pans or cooking

Iet it ferment inside a box with my yogurt maker sideways always done in a week always the same

  2. I discovered you maybe two weeks ago and I have been binge watching your content.

I noticed that you mentioned a bladder issue. I just wanted to let you know what a friend and I both had horrific recurring UTIs and bladder issues about a year ago and we were regularly drinking kombucha. I know it has incredible health benefits but when she stopped…her problems resolved within a week. So she convinced me to stop drinking kombucha and what do you know…completely healed. I’m not sure what your issues are or if this would help you at all, but I wanted to share just in case. I drink kombucha every once and a while now with no issues. I can’t drink it all the time though anymore

  3. Wow! Thank you for doing this video on kombucha! Ive been putting off making it for 2 years, as it really looks Intimidating. You two make it look a lot simpler. Happy to see your sister up there with you❤

  4. Becky you should try some hibiscus in your second ferment. I love it. You can find it in the bulk section at WinCo. Blueberry, ginger and hibiscus are my favorite flavors. I've never used juice in my second ferment I always use fruit and the kombucha. If you like a lot of bubbles I think you'd like the blueberries.

  5. I have never tasted kombucha but I do know about the health benefits! Now I'm intrigued!

I did find at my local library Nourishing Traditions and Fire Cidar so am looking forward to reading.

    Thanks Becky & sistah'!

  6. I’m a little late to the party…but. I have been doing kombucha for years. I read that the B-vitamins are not developed until around the 21st day ferment. I have left the batch for a few months and got a beautiful red wine vinegar. (Using Black, green & hibiscus’s teas)! The first time was an accident after an extended vacation, but now I do it on purpose!!!
