For clarification, because Katie had recently had puppies, we searched all over for them and did not take her inside for a couple of weeks just to make sure she wasn't still nursing them somewhere hidden. It became quickly evident that they were not around, as her milk began drying up the more time that passed. I didn't want anyone misunderstanding and thinking that wasn't accounted for as we decided to take care of her.

I know what you mean about the adjusting to the time it gets dark out. We live in MI and just spent a week in WV. Even in the same time zone, it was getting dark 40 minutes earlier, especially now that we're moving into fall every day is a minute or two shorter.

Just a quick question, what do you do about chiggers? We have to stay inside most of the summer indoors, I keep getting told to spray but I don’t believe in chemicals, what can we do? He wants to move back to a colder dryer climate to get away from them but I want the better growing season.

I love it, Katie and Ben living their best life. Sometimes a boy just needs a Katie in his life. Love when you have the kids that enjoy being in the videos with you, I enjoy seeing them. You are such a good mom recognizing all the differences that there are in your children and treating them individually for their personal needs.

Hi Jess! Katie is such a cutie! I'm glad you guys decided to keep her, especially since her and Ben have bonded so well. It was fun watching Miah when he won the 80' debate. He was so cute!
