I LOVE Cowboy Candy!! I use it on anything and everything. Cowboy candy can be used as a condiment or an appetizer. You can top your pizza, burgers, Brito bows, etc. To make an appetizer with cowboy candy, I open a jar and pour it over a brick of cream cheese and serve it with your favorite crackers!

  1. I've subscribed but have never gotten notices for new videos. This also happens with other people's sites I've subscribed to. What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I don't like spicy food but your videos are so enjoyable and fun to watch that I don't care about whether or not I like you're preparing!

  2. I couldn't really find any place else to send this so I'm going to put it here in hopes that you are one of your viewers will see this. I love the flavor of jalapeno but it's just way too hot for me. I would like to make this if I could find a way to cut the heat. I know to take out the seed in the ribs to make it a little cooler but is there another pepper that I could use that is not hot or not as hot to cut the jalapeno with that would work just as well. Anything anyone can do would certainly be appreciated. Be well, stay safe, love from Texas.

  3. I just bought 10# of jalapenos today! So excited to use your recipe. Thank you so much for sharing a purist version! I'm not into all of the other spices either. Love you content and channel. I feel blessed to have found it. Have a fabulous day!

  4. Omg Becky! I had never heard of cowboy candy before, I ran out and got the jalapeños, my husband helped, he ground them more like relish rather than slicing, we followed your instructions. We LOVE it! It is now our must have table condiment. Thank you so much. I love your videos, I learn so much, stay your authentic awesome self.

  5. If you are Australian and considering making this, i want you to know I made it.
It is literally the exact same as what we call sweet chilli sauce.
I thought it was something more, something different.
Great recipe, very delicious but it is still sweet chilli sauce.

  6. I added garlic so good and spicy, I save & canned the brine too . I'll be making serranos cowboy candy tomorrow. Your hotdauce but green & you sriracha sauce too got lots of chillies from my back yard thank you so much.

  7. My aunt grows Jalapenos. She says the more water the plants get the more mild the jalapenos are, the less water they get the hotter the jalapenos are. I will have to hit her up for some jalapenos, the cowgirl candy looks yummy!

  8. I didn't slice mine I chopped up mine and the food processor I use brown sugar and instead of white sugar but I love love cowboy candy The last batch I made I added honey I think the next next batch I try I will put some cilantro right before I can it I'll try it fresh first

  9. There's always extra brine and I actually like putting my boiled eggs that my beautiful chickens give me it makes great pickled eggs also I tried some hot banana peppers with my jalapenos because I had so many of them

  10. Hi there, can you share the machine you used for slicing jalapenos? I bought one yesterday but did not like the way the jalapeno dropped into the machine because it ended up slicing it the long way…
