  1. Luke just needs to catch up with that Tomato… I had 12 zucchini in a bed then one tucked between marigolds and zinnias because it was left over. Lost the 12 but the lone one is still producing strong.

  2. I routinely ferment garlic in honey + apple cider vinegar; it's highly medicinal. I've also fermented garlic in only apple cider vinegar to give (in small doses) in my chicken's water.
Interesting talking about straw decomposing. When I worked at a horse rescue the owner said straw never decompose. It WILL get moldy with being wet; I wonder if that was the issue?
I've had TWO fruit fly infestations this year; THEY have been bad. Aphids and squash bugs have been worse than any other year also. I think it has to do with all the pollution (chem trails).
Luke, you recently moved. Are you still living in Michigan? I grew up in Lansing.

  3. To make honey-infused garlic you ferment it in honey. You can also add other ingredients like onions, ginger, and sumac. It's ready when the honey is a watery consistency. You can eat both what you fermented in it and the honey. Usually whatever you ferment in it tastes milder than the raw version.

  4. The potato idea from Ireland does work. My uncle has passed and gone for about 12 years now and he was 73 when he passed. But as long as I've known him and I'm 53, he's playing potatoes that way and we lived in Belle Rose Louisiana
