Please adopt a cat from a shelter.
Tuck should come and teach my dog how to eat vegetables hahahha
James, a good cat for 'mousing' or keeping your garden free of unwanted guests like squirrels would be the Maine Coon. A very large, strong breed, they typically get along well with other pets and are very affectionate. They are excellent hunters.
Definitely get a cat! Any medium hair domestic would be my suggestion, rescue the one that you connect with! My partner always has an excess of names ready, and we think "Capers" the cat would suit you well 🙂
Please do a video on preparing your strawberry bed. I need help with mine !!!!
What you want is a male tuxedo cat to do the job. A black & white with good 'tuxedo' markings.
hello james, what trees did you put in that area around the melons?
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ for Tuck and you James
He is the BOSS
Waw your garden is amazing
I know you feel like you don’t want to bore us with picking all of the food off one plant, but I really think slowing it down and talking to us for a bit while you harvest would really add another element to your YouTube channel. I like your videos and your excitement but the jumping around is really hard to digest. Keep up the great gardening!
That's a lime tree
nice
Go to the SPCA or SisCa and get a kitten there the mutts of dogs and cats tend to be hardier when they are given a good start in life like with their shots and being spade or neutered. . Plus you are saving a life and with cats they don't need a lot of tending get two. they will cuddle with Tuck too especially if you get kittens and they grow up with him. And don't forget to get them insurance i hope Tuck has some. Vet bills can be really expensive for all animals but as good guardians regular visits are a must.
Love the channel, however cats in gardens (and outside in general) is a bad idea. In Canada alone, cats kill hundreds of millions of birds every year.
I heard you.
The yellow oranges may not be a functional food but it may work great as a natural cleaner and highlighter for hair. I know you're not big on processing but if you know anyone who makes those type of products they might want to try it
Loved this video!
These videos relax me.
Also, definitely a strawberry garden.

How do you keep squirrels from eating the melons?..or keep them out of the garden all together?
Lowering tomatoes to different sticks is indeed a neat trick. In addition to flowers being pretty, they bring a lot of pollinators into the garden and some also hopefully predatory insects. By the way, have you considered having a beehive in your garden?
I just envy your climate there – here at 58 N it has been "November" for a 1.5 months already. However, having your great video of putting a hinged double-layer hoop over the raised bed as an example, I have had great success here with radishes and lettuces. They do just fine during the day at +5..+15C inside the hoop and close to zero temperatures at the night doesn't hurt them.
