  1. Becky! I just wanted to say that I'm so glad to have found your channel! I'm learning so much and I already do many of your tips and tricks that you have shared. I'm really enjoying all of your content and I strive to live in a very similar way.
Questions: do you save your bacon grease when you make all your big batches of bacon? If so, what do you use it for? (I'm sorry if you have already covered this and I missed it)
Also who do you cook for? Is it just you and your husband? You make such big portions, do you often have guests?

  2. I was watching various garden videos when I came across one on growing sweet potatoes. The channel is self sufficient me and I have gotten some very good tips from this channel that work for me even though I live in Maine and he's in Australia. I thought I would pass this along in case you wanted to watch it, it's called 5 tips to growing sweet potatoes. Love your channel

  3. BECKY!!!! HELP….do you use previously frozen chicken when you marinate it and then freeze again. I know this isn't on the subject, but i gotta KNOW before I re-freeze this Balsamic Chicken in marinade I got from you on the 22 freezer meal video. My chicken thighs were frozen, defrosted in fridge overnight and then I put the marinade on them and put them in freezer….SHOULD I COOK THEM FIRST?????? Sorry, just got a little freaked out that I was re=freezing raw meat twice. Thank you and thank you for ALL your videos, they are GREAT!

  4. Hi Becky, I got an e-mail about being a winner. I just saw it. Am I to late? I didn't understand how I was supposed to contact you. I am not great on the computer. Thanks

  5. I have a 5 qt Staub pot and love it. My mother bought it for herself but never used it. By the time she retired she couldn’t lift it so she gifted it to me. It is sooooo nice!!!! I have the same Lodge pot and agree w you. They aren’t cheap either.

  6. I hate to put my plastic cutting board in the dishwasher. It gets so hot it warps them. I turned it down but I haven't gotten up the nerve to put them back in it. I am addicted to my cookie dough scoops. Scoops make them nice and even so they all cook at the same time. Good quality tools makes the job so much easier.

  7. In a way I am surprised you don't collect cookbooks with all you do but, I can understand if reading is hard or unenjoyable for you. My mom has trouble with the spaces in words so if she can get away from reading she will. She sews and sometimes with new patterns she has to rip out, read and redo. Drives her crazy.

  8. I so agree with all your choices. I have knifes that I have had thirty years, cast iron pieces up to 100 years old. My greatest pride and joy is my kitchen aid 600 pro my hubby bought me for my 50th and that has been used daily or close to it well over 12 years. So great video Becky

  9. Hi, I can't respond to your reply to my comment notifying me that I've won December's prize. I don't use social media or have apps on my phone. When I clicked on the whatsapponly next to your photo it said you had no subscribers.
