  1. I called a local farmer yesterday to see if he has beef bones for sale. We have fondue once a month and having homemade bone broth would up the game! I gave my daugther a pressure canner for a wedding present and am going to borrow it back to try canning beef broth. Thanks for much for being a GREAT TEACHER

  2. You always have so many good tips and tricks. Thank you for this excellent canning video. Nothing better than homemade bone broth. Can't wait to get my beef so I can do the same with good quality bones.

  3. I just canned chicken broth for the first time last weekend and that was my first time using a pressure canner. Kind of nervous but made it through it!! We bought half a cow last summer and I’m kicking myself for not asking for the bones now! Love your videos, you remind me of myself in so many ways. Especially the reading on camera or in front of people that’s me to a T thanks for all your great videos!!

  4. I just made some beef bone broth and I have always used apple cider vinegar but now I’m going to try it with the red wine !!! I never thought it would work with the broth I’ve cooked with wine but not not in my big batch of bone broth love this idea !! Thank you Becky for sharing

  5. OMG…..you are totally amazing! It took a lot of steps, but the end results looked totally delicious. I need to get with the program! None of my family ever canned, so all of this is so new to me and I need to start. Thank you!

  6. Thank you for the demo of using a pressure cooker. I picked up a pressure canner and for my first pressure canning project I did black beans. I figured it would be a good low cost risk for my first project. On to chicken broth!
