In this side by side experiment I try to answer the question of whether broccoli microgreens benefit from stacking. There are several reasons for stacking microgreen trays, and/or putting a weight on them. Some seeds will benefit from the extra weight, others don’t seem to care….what about broccoli microgreens? Thanks for watching!
These microgreens were grown in coconut coir and fed the Grow Big hydroponic solution, here are the Amazon links for the products I used:

Great info. I'll be saving this to watch again later. Thanks for doing this
It’s definitely a ‘weighty matter’
Love your videos! I watched your other micro greens videos and started my first batch a few days ago. They are 3 different types of kale and should be ready about towards the end of the week. Thank you for all the work you put into your videos.
cool video, thanks. you've inspired me to start sprouting again! i had the same experience with weight vs no weight that you did. bc i'm lazy, and the difference isn't that great, i don't bother with weight. i also grow them in water instead of soil and that works very well. i've only been growing broccoli and peas for the last coupla years primarily bc they're so easy. i might need to branch out again. thanks for the inspiration!! i always look forward to your vids.
love the studio set 🙂 x
Thank you for your video! Would you please tell which brand of Coco coir you used.
That looked delicious! Can you add some to that salad I ordered last time? Good luck.
