VIDEO: Starting Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Peppers from Seeds for a Raised Garden Bed SFG

This video is meant for beginners and covers how I planted my seeds indoors to when they were ready to be transplanted outdoors in the raised garden bed (square foot garden). There are MANY ways to plant, and hopefully this video will inspire you to start your own outdoor vegetable garden and to experiment and see what works for you. This video covers the months of May and June, I will update through the summer on the progress of the garden. Thanks for watching!

  1. I am going to grow 2 plants of the super sweet 100 tomatoes in my hydroponic DWC system in my grow tent during the winter months first time growing them hope they turn out good.

  2. You are going to have tasty tomatoes in your salads and yummy tomato sauce to cook.  Thank you for sharing your methods.  I like to grow the little yellow pear-shaped tomatoes for their low acid content.  I've already harvested some here in zone 9A.  Some tomatoes you can't get at the store and it's nice to just go out to the garden and pick them fresh to eat the same day.

  3. Really like your videos I just find that my phone a very bad android is not liking my saving your videos . I have some seeds that are large leaves and I have no idea what they are but I think they are some kind of climbing bean/pea as they were in a salad mix.

  4. I must say, you are so pleasant and you explain your approach and measurements with great care in every video. Thanks foe sharing your knowledge and experience.
