I am in Ocean Springs, Ms and I had Jar limits a couple months ago at Walmart. I could order from ace hardware and get some. But I.havent needed any for a few weeks
Okay.. I posted this on another person I follow her page the other day… whatever happened to all of those cargo ships outside California in the ports.. have not heard a word about them… and just food for thought.. we have a "bird flu".. and many many food recalls.. does this smell a little fishy to anyone besides me?
Hi Patara, just thought after watching your video I would check the availability on Ball canning lids. In WI we are only able to purchase 6 maximum of canning lids.
Getting jars @ Dollar Generals or Dollar Tree… no limits yet
No canning jars in Northeast Oklahoma. Online limited to 2 cases but sold out. Found only one place they were available but wanted $59 a case of 12 jars.
No limits or apparent shortages of anything in my area.

Ironically, We had a hail storm this evening. I haven't checked my new strawberry plants that I just planted last night. Hoping they survived. Cabbage & broccoli going in later this week with the potatoes and onions.

In Australia it is very difficult to buy Ball jars and lids. I did find an alternative to Ball jars and lids but they were very expensive compared to USA prices. The Australian distributors have said that Ball is limiting sales outside USA until your supply picks up.
You are so right about some Mama's not being able to breastfeed; I was able to & enjoyed it, but I knew other Mamas who were heartbroken because they couldn't. Great idea to bring that up!

You're right, before judging someone for how they are doing things, we need to remember that we don't know everything about them. We don't know why they are doing something different. We shouldn't judge, as we don't want to be judged. Everyone has their reasons.

Walmart online only allowed me 2 dozen canning jars..
Target, Walgreens, CVS, and Kroger are rationing formula for sure.
I live in California on the beach. All my preps are can food and freeze dried food.
I have been using the Tattler usable canning lids for 4 years now. They are excellent and wash up wonderful.

I haven't seen the limit on Ball yet, but I will go look tomorrow. Gas is 3.64 on the low and 3.89 on the high here in East Texas, which is down from 4 dollars. Put the items on the shelves for sure, also if you can don't store all your preps in one place. We just had a tornado totally obliterate some houses just a mile from us a couple weeks ago. Everything GONE in an instant. More tornado warnings in our area tonight. Something to think about!

Hi sweetie I would love to no where I could get my veggies at I'm trying to find some farmers that I can buy some things from so I can can them up just in case I don't get anything planted this year my husband and I are close to 70 years and it is getting hard for use to have a garden now and I would like to no where I could buy a half of a caw and a pig I'm having a lot of trouble finding a place that I can go to on the weekend to get veggies so if you no any one that I can buy stuff from I would appreciate it very much thank you have a blessed day
