  1. The traditional way to treat soufflé batter is to run your finger or a spoon in a circle about an inch or two from the edge of tge dish. It creates a little “hat” that rises a bit higher than the edge and it makes the rise more even.

  2. So happy that you got your replacement parts! Just in time! Moving the kitchen aid to the table was exactly what I thought you should do, much more efficient. Great video! Congrats on the soufflé! Looking forward to the cheese souffle.

  3. I just stored 2 dozen eggs in 10 half pint jars of lemon curd. I also have some Duran wheat coming to make some pasta out of them also

  4. Love the channel, you do a great job. Just a quick note, I see you are using the same food processor rhat I have. There is a plastic blade that comes with it that is better for making doughs than the steel blade.

  5. You can make your pasta longer and use a foldable laundry dryer and hang your pasta so it's not taking up your table space for 3 days. Then just break them in the middle and put them in your bags when they are done drying.
