Ahhh…galumpki. yum. Family favorite! I'm going to try your recipe with the raisins.
Have you ever tried asparagus strips on pizza?
Barbara Walters’ family stuffed cabbage recipe uses grape jelly… probably the same concept as the raisins.
Try melting goat cheese into the stroganoff instead of the sour cream
Becky, you might want to invest in some good plastic containers.
All the recipes look yummy
I talk about you to my sister a lot (she’s farther into her homesteading journey than I and I feel like you two are similar in a lot of ways). I finally got her to watch one of your videos – the calendula salve one – even though I’ve talked about and sent her many. I’m SO glad I found your channel and I hope she comes back for more too! The roast to stroganoff dinner sounds great. I think I need to give it a try.
Oh cabbage rolls are delicious! I inherited my mother-in-law’s recipe.
Dried fruits are many times added to recipes. I’ve not tried raisins, but I’ve tried dishes that had prunes in them. Adds a sweetness, but to me it enhances the savory.
Being Hungarian my mother made this often. My mom added a ham hock to the pot while simmering the cabbage rolls in the sauce. Just a great flavorful dish! Enjoy!

I highly recommend making cabbage rolls with a head of sour cabbage if you can find it (I find it in the regular produce section of my store…it’s basically sour kraut in a head. It takes your rolls to the next level.
I have to tell my dropping something story, I was making tomato sauce and browning hamburger. I started grinding salt and the entire salt grinder, including all the large crystals of salt fell in the meat. So, at least the pepper fell on your floor and not directly into your food. It happens to everyone!
Hey Becky, I love your channel. I have been watching for about 2 years now. I know you quit your job but I don't recall when you finally did or why? Did you post about that, I can't seem to find it.
I use the freezer trick as well. it works great.
can we ever see you with your hair down! looks curly like mine, most girls always compliments how they want my curls lol
Easiest way to soften cabbage put cored cabbage in bowl cored side up and boil water in kettle or pot. With boiled water pour into cored side of cabbage in bowl n cabbage leaves will be ready in 2 min.
I LOVE your apron when you’re baking your pizzas! Can you please post a link to it?
Hi Becky
How do you dry your parsley?
I don’t have a freeze dryer or dehydrator
Thank you
Andrea
I love your apron!
Hi Becky, I would like to see an inventory of your pantry
that cheese grater looks so much easier to use then a box grater
Hi, love your videos. 2 suggestions a garbage bow.l or bag when your chopping so much. Also the cabbage rolls cook faster in a 9 by 13 pan
Can you tell me where the box of extra cutters came from? It’s not listed with the chopper you sited
I grew up eating cabbage rolls, or stuffed cabbage. ( never raisins);) So good!
those cabbage rolls look amazing! I've never made it but id love to give it a try! and that cheese grater has me super excited. No more losing finger tip worries. I love the pizzas you id today also its one of my favorite! <3 and omg pot roast 2, what a video!!!! I wish you could have seen my reaction to the jar its almost like i tried to catch it from behind the screen. lol it happens…..
