$40 for 6 gallons here in CA where i live. Its really taken a toll.
I am ashamed to admit that I was excited that gas dropped 15 cents, below $6/ gallon…
We homeschooled our kids while we lived in Illinois and they went to a private Christian School in High School. While living in northern South Dakota, we sent our youngest to public school. I can honestly say that we have a school that is more conservative and patriotic than the private Christian school we sent our two oldest girls to in Illinois. It really depends on where you are living. We are so blessed to be living here. Gas prices are not lowering here, however! We are pretty small and remote.

I'm 73 and I am canning every day now. I have been at it 5 years now. I live in a high rise of retired low income folks. I will feed them when the time comes if it's God's will. God bless you and keep you in the coming bad times
Public school is a complete failure in every level. Complete overhaul needed starting with teachers college.
Fuel here in New Zealand is NZ$3 per liter. That is US$7 per gallon.
So here i sit at 11:45 pm waiting for my nesco canner to come to pressure with Chuck roast. 5 pints to put up.
Gas is $4.89 in western PA.
