Hey Becky, I also use Debbie Meyer green bags and she also has green boxes in various sizes. I get mine from QVC. They sometimes have a great sale on them. Love them and can be washed and reused. Love watching you canning and harvesting.
I don't like peaches, but I have a peach dessert idea for you: sliced peaches, sautéed in balsamic vinegar. I do this with pears and apples and it is lovely. I bet peaches would be good, too. 🙂

be careful blending hot food. just because theres a hole at the top doesnt mean it will STOP an overflow, just help prevent one. air bubbles released in the fruit, makes them shrink when canned
You should make peach peel vinegar with the peels. If they're going peaches, that leave meat on the pits, there are things you can make with them as well.
