  1. Complete noob here. I've read about NOT pruning fruit tress in the fall so as not to spur branch growth. Are your suggestions to do it now based on your Southern Cali climate ( I'm in Denver, Colorado) or does that apply to anywhere in the country (and the no pruning in fall was wrong to begin with. )

Anyway thank you for all of your informative videos! It's gotten me off my butt so that I'm finally getting around to taking care of a massively overgrown nectarine/apricot/ I -dunno -what orchard that has been neglected for well over 15 years. ( They look like nectarines and sort of taste like them but are pretty small, like apricots. Will have to get them the proper care to grow right so I can figure out what they really are. Lol)

  2. Summer pruning is important for deciduous trees as it helps with size control. Winter pruning for deciduous trees is for detail work and structure or maintenance of a mature tree. Otherwise, great video

  3. I believe we grow in a similar zone. I’m 10b but our humid heat in Miami is horrible. We can’t do that for citrus. Fall and winter is the best to do any pruning. You might have colder winters than us too

  4. Hi Kevin, what about spraying? From what I've seen spraying fruit trees is so important for diseases like peach leaf curl. And will you spray citrus for leaf minor? Thanks

  5. Hi Kevin, great video! I hope you and your family are safe. I hope the storm doesn't do much damage to your garden. Hope you post a update soon. Stay safe. I am near Pasadena, CA waiting save some rain water.

  6. How do i stop my greenhouse from being a Bug catching greenhouse while keeping my greenhouse cool and not an oven (it's like a Tent kind of greenhouse that I can move )

  7. @Epic Gardening How do you have your citrus tree grow so much?! What is the soil mix you used? Do you fertilize them with anything? What is your watering schedule for them and how long? Thanks!
