☃Persimmon Forecast last month! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jma75zdFu9w
If you didn't know, green persimmon is one of the most bitter things in nature…….
We put 60 on a trailer and our half ton carries 30 more last winter….we had to drive to get hay from the other side of the state last year. This year we are getting the hay in rounds on the homestead before winter….better planning this year. No travel in winter for hay!
Happy to see you are getting hay. Off the subject, but is James feeling okay? I thought I saw a grimace or two while you all were driving, like he was in pain!!
YT channel Ryan Hall Ya'll is great for weather; especially upcoming storm warning & then live coverage.
and many of us still want to do things our way!
I'm Oklahoma, got big spoons here. Whipper will holler channel in Arkansas had spoons also.
My wife and I love hummingbirds and we have planted a lot plants for them around our garden our hummers have left seems a little early to me something is going on
Hi Patara, I did a seed reading today in Charleston, West Virginia. They were all spoons. Our leaves are starting to change colors and fall is definitely in the air with winter close behind. Love your channel and look forward to your posts everyday.
Thats a beautiful load of hay.
Live in Northern Utah. It was record heat for August and into September. Last week it dropped nearly 20 degrees within a few days. My grapes were smaller than usual and about 3-4 weeks early.
Thank you
I noticed the cats are way fluffier than normal this year. As are the rabbits (WY). We're prepping for winter. Hauling firewood this week. Hay next week. Finished up the elk and the fruit harvest. Going after elderberries on Sunday.
Here in eastern CT last few nights were 42 degrees.
Here in south West Idaho we went from 100's/70's to 80's/50's within a couple days
PATERA….. I don’t know if you are aware of this fellow>> Alma Ohene-Opare<<< but, He is wonderful. I’ve been following him for a little while now. The reason I’m putting this out here is he has a video out right this minute that says “we are being set up”, A lawyer contacted him and the lawyer is not a Trump supporter, but he’s also not a jerk. He contacted this man and told him what was offered to him to try to set up the Trump administration. You must go see this and pass it on please. God bless.
Well I open 3 different seeds from 3 different persimmon and I got spoons out of all 3 ! I live in the NWGA area. Getting ready for winter. Thank you for all you do and share!
Ex hubby's ancestor was at King's Mt. Last name was Carruth.
Question: is anyone else having a high rate of failure with the lids/bands of the off brand Ball jars from wally world? I processed a batch tonight at 15 lbs for 90 minutes. I have a 50% failure rate of the jars not sealing. I heat the lids, clean the rims, check to see if the rims are on straight.

So glad your channel was recommended. Really appreciate the clarification on the Scots-Irish, I was thinking the people from Ulster were Irish, now I have it straight. We believe the family that purchased the grant our house is on were Scots-Irish. The family eventually migrated to Illinois> I'll be checking out the links you provided. AND, for some spoons, not a fan of persimmons though. Thank you!
Mr Brown at Whipporwill Hollow in Arkansas found the same
It is September… it takes time to change seasons!!! A Little at a time… Breathe!
