Out of all the nightshades, I seem to have the most trouble getting eggplant seeds to germinate. I've heard that wet paper towel germination in a warm location is useful for pepper seeds, but would this also work for eggplants?
I love slicing up eggplant into large round circles and frying them up on the BBQ, it seems to really draw the flavour out of them when you fry them. Tasty AF!

I grow tomatillos. (For salsa verde) They are member of same family as eggplants.
