We just donated personal care products and paper goods to our local shelter!
We donated a hog to the community mission. Had it made into sausage so it will go longer.
Thank you for motivating me!! Got a plan to do some things today. ❤
Like it. Get em
A couple of days ago, my husband was standing in line to have some propane bottles filled . The man in front of him was counting his change for filling his bottle. He didn’t have enough. My husband told the service person to add the balance onto his account.
Shared out
It will not let me share this with southern prepper 1 and t share with homesteading with Doug and Stacy which they do a lot of this stuff too
I always try to live like that. It’s wonderful your trying to start a movement- world needs more of that.
Thanks
❤
Thank you. My family gives back throughout the year. We believe it is our duty to do so. We give extra during the holidays. We also volunteer our time. Everyone has time. Imagine if we all poured into one another – talk about a global change.
Today I blessed my local homeless shelter with a big container of read-to-pick snap beans. Kids love picking fresh food. The shelter has no kitchen and fresh fruit, salads and veggies are welcome. So I intentionally grow extra to support homeless women, children, and staff at the shelter and elderly church members. Thanks for this important challenge for preppers to give from our resources.
I live in my car. I’m feeling it, I moved out of my apartment because they kept raising prices.
I have a local spiritual drug rehab center that functions purely on donations. My husband and I donate to them every quarter we will boxes of different foods for them.
Why does your videos not show the dates they are published? They used to.
Thank you for those who really need it girl your the best you got a heart as big as Tennessee !!
I set aside $25 minimum per month to donate to where ever I see a need. Some months are a lot high depending upon need. Easier to do than a large amount at 1 time… homeless center, cancer patients, food banks or food boxes, coats to school, church camp fees, etc.
Does Mr Turkey know anything about gold and silver? I think Ginger wants you to talk to her. Did you check your turkey eggs?
I saw Goldshaw farm calling you out and it was obvious that he hasn’t followed you like we have from the beginning. You have always given back. Security is part of being prepared for anything that may happen. Was always told plan for the worst and hope for the best. God doesn’t want you to be a fool. You pray for him in the flood. God sends several people to help save you and you deny it and say God will provide. You die and meet God and ask why he didn’t provide and he replies that he sent several people to come save you from the flood but you didn’t take it. Listen to what lessons he puts before you because sometimes he wants you to know and prepare just in case.
I'm with many of your subscribers, in that, I don't have a $1000 to give BUT I too, like others mention have other talents to give. Like helping a neighbor clean her home and she gifted me wood. A homeless man was inline at the 99cent store and his money was ripped in half and the young clerk wouldn't take it. Just a moment before he was singing in line so happy to get food. It was only $6. Of course after the clerk said no, he was sad. I said, I got it, I have it. He didn't know what to say. It's fine. I told him, we've all been there, we look in our wallet and it's just not there. I am a Librarian at a k12 school making $14 an hour. I get kids telling me they are hungry EVERY day. I've been a baker 25 years before this, so I got a little oven and I bake in my Library. Yes, I get everyone, BUT when I ask, have you eaten today? Because others haven't, they are honest and say yes or no. Our school serves free meals, but we all know how much teenagers eat. They tell me, the cafeteria doesn't serve enough and they are hungry. I was helping a boy with his work and every minute his tummy growled. At the moment I had nothing but my lunch. So I gave him my ham sandwich. He was embarrassed but he ate it. Really bad times haven't even hit us and I always come home hungry. I'm grateful my husband and I have good healthy food at home, thanks to Patara's food challenge. I hope I can keep helping our school kids despite growing prices. Please note: it is "illegal " for me to do this BUT what happens in the Library stays in the Library. And when the delicious aromas fill the hallways…".it's my new air freshener. " Many of us don't have a chunk of money to give but we have our strength, our kindness, and our skills. Love all the generosity comments you all left. Take care all.
You can also go to a store that takes lay away and pay down some money on somebody's holiday lay away.
