I couldn’t edit the last post but I wanted to add that I put a half of a pecan on before I bake. These are loved by family and friends. No added sugar, the dates make them wonderful.
Does anyone know what brand and what size those single serving glass containers with snap on lids are that Becky uses for the daily "to go" breakfasts that she makes for Josh? I want to convert all of my ziplock plastic lunch size containers to glass, so I want to buy just that size. Thanks in advance everybody!

Another joyful morning with our BeckyGirl! Woke up to 14 F, chilly inside because we haven´t got any snow, crazy weather. Today I will make those flaky bisquits of yours, it will be exiting to taste them. Have to do some laundry and figure our what to have for dinner tomorrow. Today we´re gonna eat gravlax with boiled potatoes, créme fraîche, fisheggs and some sort of veggies, have to check the freezer for that. I did an extraction of a molar last Friday and it still hurts quite a lot. I go to our university clinic where students do their training, cheap but takes a lot of time. It took 1,5 hour to get the tooth out, it was a stubborn one and yikes what this weekend was tuff on me! Looking forward to be able to eat normally again!
Happy to se you take a paus and rest, that´s important! Now I have to go to my Ladys in the hen house, to cold to let them go outside today, so they´re gonna get some extra goodies inside. Love from Sweden!
Nice going with the table scape, you might want to use some fall leaves, nuts, mini pumpkins maybe apples instead of the pinecones. The cones makes it feel very Christmas. The mix of metal, wood, shiny and matt surfaces is very pleasing to the eye. Length of the table runner is up to you. If you have please seated at the ends it might be a issue a shorter one would work or get a longer one.

Here in the UK, we celebrate Pancake day (or shrove tuesday), and growing up, we always served our pancakes (more like crepes than US style pancakes) with sugar and lemon juice. It's still my favourite way to eat them
