  1. Becky can you show how your bidet is working for you and if you like it. Also your stool around the toilet? Thank your have read on them wanting to see how it really works from a real person. Would it be a gokd day to reduce toilet and wipes use?

  2. I had fairly uncomplicated deliveries, and I didn't bother showering at the hospital, because I was too tired to care. And I knew I would be so much more comfortable showering at home. And that first shower at home was amazing.

  3. My daughter (36) just had baby and it was rough. We stayed with them for a month to help out. There are soooo many things you showed that I just think “wow. I wish I’d had those!” when I had my L&Ds. I’m glad you’re sharing.

  4. Wow, I had NONE of these products after giving birth, 13 years ago. I was given one pair of disposable underwear and when I asked for another pair I was told no. I was told to shove chux pads in my underwear. I honestly refer to my birth of my son as birth trauma because the way I was treated. I still hate talking about it.

  5. I have interstitial cystitis which typically feels like a UTI 🙁 For years, I thought I was having UTI but they'd test my urine and wouldn't find infection. I tend to get the IC symptoms right around ovulation.

  6. I was induced at 34 weeks because of pre eclampsia, I also was on the magnesium drip for 24hrs. It is more intense than the epidural. After a 6 day stay I begged to go home even though my bp was dangerously high. I had to go get bp checked daily and stayed on the bp meds for a month. Basically same thing happened with my 2nd baby and now I’m on a daily bp medicine.

  7. If you have another baby, you can make popsicle pads by soaking a cloth pad or disposable pad in a witch Hazel solution and freeze it. They last longer than the ones you have to,crack and activate. Just google witch hazel popsicle pads for more detailed instructions.

  8. I wish I had known about period underwear after I had my boys! Would have been great! I have them now and am so thankful that I do. Love your channel and your talking about real things scary and not.

  9. I had a 4th degree episiotomy. The stool softeners were a must till that healed. Also a Sitz bath was amazing. I of course used a lot of those products a lot longer due to taking longer to heal. That was 27 years ago. I’m now learning about the new stuff to prepare for my niece to have a baby. Then later when I become a grandmother.

  10. Thank you for sharing Becky. Some people do not have family to turn to for support or even let them know what will be happening during labor and after. Those women will definitely find your chat resourceful. ❤

  11. Thank you for sharing! It’s helpful to hear these things from someone I’m already familiar with versus a new channel. I appreciate your vulnerability and I really think this is going to help me a lot!

  12. I have had 4 children and I didn't get any topical pain management techniques or supplies until my last one and with that our hospital only used newborn diapers wet with saline and frozen. It was rough. I won't be having anymore babies but I so wish I had known all of this thank you so much for sharing this for all the soon to be mama's out there.

  13. The only advise I was ever given from my sisters who had lots of babies..whatever you do is do not lift your head or you will get a headache for the 1st day…
