Just cause it’s getting cold doesn’t mean we have to stop growing.
Thanks for the kind words and support 😁🐕❤️

Hi. Do you have a video on Rhubarb care /growing. I searched your channel and didnt see any but I learned they dont always come up with that search box. Thanks. Always helpful videos on your channel.
mizuna is guaranteed to be your chickens favorite
Tuck happily munching on vegetables was so heartwarming. My dogs hate vegetables. lol
Not sure what the exact name of that variety of pepper is but we use them a lot in the Dominican Republic. We actually cook with with with dont eat them raw. If you want to make authentic sofrito, use those little sweet peppers instead of bell peppers 🙂
I love your baba dog
WHAT ZONE IS NEW JERSEY
.
When did you sow your seeds?
WINTER IS COMING AND THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN SAVE JERSEY IS JON SNOW AND JIMMY P !!!!!!!!
The outta the ground accent reminded me of Kevin bacon in tremors lol
Good to know about the oxalic acid..
It's good to be back watching your Food Forest.
Mr. B was in final stages of exiting Stage Left and passed on 12/14/2020. Fortunately, my Raised Garden Beds and regular ground beds were able to take care of themselves in 2020 and winter over OK. But, this Spring & Summer, I was a Brooding Hen, just starting to get working on the gardens. Prepping for Winter crops to carry me out of my Widow's Weed period and into the Rebirth of the Gardens come Spring and "What's growing…"
Thank you for always being out there in the Food Forest and digging in the dirt sustainably.
Just ordered some seeds. Going to try a winter garden for the first time. Thanks for the suggestions.
I can't get over how darling is your fuzzy companion.
What can you plant over winter in 3.5 gallon buckets?
James – you don't net carrots – do you get Carrot Root Fly?
it would be nice if you mentioned which variety seeds you used
Awesome as always, do you grow any citrus? I think I saw a yuzu on one of your vids, but every try lemon/mandarins/bananas etc? Trying to find info on the few cold-hardy varieties around.
Love your channel bro
HEY speaking of swiss chard… One of my favorite random vintage pictures online, is the victorian lady posing proudly outside in her yard with her birdcage, large marijuana plants and some swiss chard as an ornamental edging in her flower bed.
Really blew my mind!! lol
You have a lot back there.
You mentioned a Swiss chard that is suppose to have a better flavor but did not give it’s name, please do so we can grow it as well.
You need to plant some wild Italian arugula. Honey bees love the flowers and we love to watch them and to eat the arugula.
Need to grow Italian rapini
This encouraged me so much! I loved seeing all your trees, you've utilized your space so well! I can't wait to get back out there and plant some more! Thank you for sharing!
perilla will haunt you for years…I read it is a problem for livestock, so read up about that shiso-perilla
In Ohio near Lake Erie I have carrots, kale, some golden beets, arugula and a few strawberries. Planted in big pots overwinter some new Swiss chard and some other greens. We had a killing frost late by 2 or 3 weeks this year. If you haven't grown banana squash yet…it is a growing experience you need to try..taste like butternut squash on steroids but can reach 60 pounds…freezes well…goood soup base.
Claytonia, eh?
