  1. You were right on time with this video! Couldn't believe I overwatered my large snake plant and woke up this morning to several dead leaves slumped over my pot. I had to repot with fresh soil and cut so many leaves off with root rot! I was too scared to water it today, but I will have to tomorrow. Thanks for the vid. You rock❤

  2. I love my poor little neglected snake plants! I saw some snake plants nest at a local grocery store and I was so tempted I've never seen him at that height… anyhow great video I can't wait to see what else you're adding to your pot!

  3. Hi Kevin! Great video, as usual! I enjoy the variety of your videos, and if someone doesn't want to watch them all, they don't have to. Can't wait to see what you add. Also, would you please do a video on combining more then one type of plant in a pot? I'm kinda on the fence about doing this and considering grouping them for the same effect.  ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Thank you for sharing!

  4. hello , I have a same plant in small size but for some reason its roots are not growing and so is the plant, what do u think is the reason , plz advise

  5. I found it funny you used a saucer for your watering can, do you use them as coasters for cups too?
I also noticed you have what looks like white plates/filters, what are those? Sorry if you’ve already explained before.

  6. Thanks. I have really tall snake plants that need to be separated. I agree–they do want good sun. I've kept them in the shadows and they kind of collapse. Hey! You and I bought several of the same "exotic" seeds from Baker's Creek this year. What did you think after growing them? I didn't actually get much planted this year–but two new things I did plant from them were big successes this year—Chinese Red Noodle Beans and Ronde de Nice squash. I'd love to see a video telling us about how you liked the new stuff you planted.

  7. I love the snake plant …I have had mine for years… Mine is very healthy and they love light.. mine has new growth very often and new babies.. Gardening is your thing young man. You have a lot of knowledge and that takes you a long way for your entire life actually. I have grown and planted plants all my life..it is so enjoyable..

  8. I'm confused. On one of your video about snake plants, you mentioned that it would be better to use an African Violet Potting Soil. But here you're using a cactus mix. Which is correct please?

  9. Thanks so much for this informative video! Quick question – I currently do not have the cactus soil that you are showing in your video. Would an all-purpose blend soil work as well for repotting? Many thanks!

  10. do you have any brand recommendations for soil for snake plants/bamboo/succulents? i try to look on amazon but honestly a lot of promising brands still have really concerning reviews. sorry if this is a silly question im really just clueless when it comes to repotting. thank you in advance!

  11. Can you help me? I know you posted this video while ago but I have a snake plant and only half of her Leaf is dried, the other half looks healthy, it's weird and I don't know what to do. Can you help me? Do you have any advice
