Learning how to save seeds by winnowing requires you to go back to ancient times, when this was THE way to save seeds. Winnowing makes use of the wind to blow off lighter particles, weak seed, dust, debris…you get the picture.
You can use a box fan to add some more precision to the process, but overall it’s a highly effective way to clean and save seed from your garden so you don’t have to buy the same seeds year after year.

If you make alot of bean seeds and keep on for too long you can cook them with onion garlic and salt :°D Its basic bean soup we do eat daily in my country 😀 Soo you don't waste your bean seeds.I've heard as well about putting seeds in jars with a closed lid but I wonder if it can root inside or create fungus. Can It preserve well in ordinary jars like any seeds?!
