This is how I cooked a wild boar leg given to me by a mate Rob who captured the boar as a piglet and raised it himself on his property feeding it mostly corn before slaughtering, burning off hair, and butchering.

Hi Mark YUM I can smell it from here !!! Great vid mate , if you like the boar try feral goat OMG !!! it amazing, a should or hind leg baked on a camp oven, WOW !! try it if you get the chance !! Actually I haven't tried it in a slow cooker! could turn out very nice ! Seeya Rob
Oh Yeah! Talk to me baby! Wild boar is great stuff and any meat slow cooked can only be beat by slow smoked.
I bottle my gardener's delight cherry toms in very clean used commercial jars. As long as it vacuums it is OK. Blanch and remove skins, keep stuffing into the jar until the juice oozes into the spaces. Screw lids on loosely and place in pressure cooker on a trivet. Do not let jars touch. Bring to the lower pressure and turn off. When you open the cooker the lid will be tight. I often have to place the jar in hot water in order to loosen the lid. Next time you have such a treat you could be completely self sufficient. So pig farmers in Aus have also let them escape. They are well established in the wild in the UK too.
Sounds amazing! I saved this video for future reference.
Looks delicious, but I don't know if I'd have the courage to eat it. Thanks for sharing.
kraut goes good with any pork or any meat for that matter, I love it on mashed potatoes. We usually make our own, not much is easier to make.
cat??? now that's going to far.
great video. Thanks for sharing. Can you please show us a snake recipe?
Looked tasty Mark & can see where the kraut would top it off nicely.?
When ever I see them I keep thinking of Asterix & Obelix carrying a few over their shoulders 😀
Cheers.
