  1. I've had great luck digesting Jerusalem artichokes resulting in little to no gas, at least most of the time, using digestive enzymes. I use a general purpose digestive aid supplement.
    Here is a partial ingredient list from the one that I use.
    Bromelain enzyme from Pineapple
    Papain enzyme from papaya fruit
    Pancreatin
    Pepsin
    Amylase
    Lactase
    Lipase
    Ox bile powder
    Seems like the ox bile powder might have more in it than just Ox bile could have other bovine digestive Enzymes from the pancreas.
    Or it could be the Pancreatin, there's a lot of different enzymes in that.
