This could move along so much faster if they didn't set it up like elementary school. "What do birds do in the morning? Put your hand up, can anybody guess?"
Raising poultry helps learn bird language, not only the language of the domestic birds, but also of the wild ones. Watching my birds and listening to them tells me a great deal about what is going on in the woods around my tiny homestead. Listening to the wild birds paints a larger picture.
