I'm off to a good start with my first year forest. 3 of the 5 already in the ground. Blueberries and gooseberries for next season.
For next year, I'm seriously considering expanding my garden area, in order to grow blue berries.

Blueberry is not really low maintenance, they need acidic soil and they don't do well with organic fertilizer. All other four that you mentioned will need somewhat similar conditions and care, but blueberries are different. Where I live black and red currants are very low maintenance and produce high amounts of berries. And they are very nutritious.
