Food forest gardening is working with nature, not fighting against it. Functional design in gardening is what will lead you to a system that produces the highest quality food in the world. This is beyond organic gardening, this is closer to natural farming. You aren’t going to get food grow more naturally, or more locally then this!

NIce job James! It's fun to see good things happening in the Garden State! (I grew up in Jackson until I was 7 – now I'm in Cali).
That place rocks ! ! You can adapt sweet peppers and tomatoes to the winter.Pick the ones that stay to the coldest weather without dying and propagate them.
Ahh this is really neat! Opposite side of the world here heading into summer now and dreaming of solanums.
Great late September view.
Where are you located? This is awesome growth on tomatoes
The forest looks good Mr. James!
Man those eggplants are massive!
Another wonderful video, James. Thank you very much.
Are you planning on selling any of the Holy Basil seed? If, in the affirmative, I would look forward to an E-mail. My former mail order connect has ceased carrying the Tulsi tea in bulk.
Hanging on every word you say, I'm gradually making my Floral City, Florida lots come alive.
Amazing food forest…try growing bananas, papayas, guavas, roseapple, soursop, pineapple, peach, mangosteen, noni, rambutan, watermelon and if possible jackfruit…and vegetables like spinach, okra, pumpkin……
5 days is not neglect lol. i have been maintaining less and less and only see more and more abundance, nature does all the work.
Food system isn't right because most people like meat especially beef which is most unsustainable by far.
ดินดีปลูกอะไรก็ขึ้น
How do you protect against rabbits, squirrels, gophers and birds.?
Do I need to pull up all of the weed cover around my yard before adding the wood chips?
As fall progresses… could you do a video on how you 'winterize' the forest? as in do you pull up the plants after production, do you leave them to compost, etc?
Great video, You have inspired us to get back in the garden this weekend! One day our videos will be as smooth as yours haha
Plz do a vid on what u do / dont water
At what point do you plant the lower under canopy plants? Do I need to wait till my trees are over 6'?
How long did you put the chips in before you planted that makes you not need to feed the plants?
Do u do any pest control?
I thought green beans can’t be eaten raw b
A food forest is living in harmony with nature. We do a little work and she gives back abundantly. I don't use pesticides either, I figure nature done most of the work, if nature takes a bit here and there, I don't mind.
Gracias! I'm so happy with your garden! Where do you get Soldakis
.??.gteat…I'm so exited
How do U cook those long Eggplants? I missed Tuck!
I want to see Tuck eat a huge tomato.
I live in south Jersey and I am starting a project on my garden thank to your food forest. How ever I think I need some help.
