My husband is a contractor and what he does with cabinets in that instance, is to take a door to a Lowe's-like store and order updated cabinet doors that match the same color. You can shelf line the interior or spray the insides white to freshen up your cabinet interior. I did that with a few older cabinets and I like the white for being able to see what's in the back of base cabinets. Merry Christmas! -Jessi

Check out "RetoFinisher". I just saw it on Pinterest and You Tube. Supposedly this stuff works great especially if you don't want to paint it or buy new cabinets.

I love white kitchen cabinets. It’s so fresh and clean looking. The style is in the hardware! Makes your kitchen look larger
you have to check out all in one paint i used it on my kitchen cabinets and girl its so easy and they look so dang good. i use that paint on all my goodwill finds dressers beautiful colors and all i did was use a deglosser and painted no sanding nothing. but for you cabinets use a lil wood filler sand the holes from those handles and your good to go! you will save a huge amount of money! https://www.allinonepaint.com/freesample ……………..https://youtu.be/BQGz04bMeIU
