Natural ant solution another YouTuber says really works is to find another ant hill and capture a lot of ants from each hill and add them to the other ant hill and they will go to war and wipe each other out.
I am an 80 year old gardener, I share your passion for growing any and everything. I have been gardening for over 50 years and yet you inspire me to do even more. I have been viewing your videos non stop, especially during the shut in time with the virus. At the moment I am visiting my son in Mississippi. but am getting excited about going home to Louisiana to empty my green house of all my tender plants to start again with my wonderful tomato plants!!!

It's so beautiful to watch again and see the before on the perennial garden area!
Peas are my childrens favourites in the garden too. They call them "Garden sweeties"
And now the perennial garden is in and there’s even MORE garden to plant in!!
For the fire ants – on a good hot day – give them a can of Coke to drink. My experience in Florida showed that they simply disapeared. YMMV.

My neighbor has a banana tree and she has gotten a few bananas off of it, it dies back every year . We're in 7b in TN

I think you have a small bed that was a happy maybe mistake so to speak , how about calling it the ( oooops ) bed ; lol injecting a little humor in a bed or yours
