  1. I'm not familiar with most of the greens you picked. I grow spinach and spring onions. But the others I'm not familiar with. Would I be able to grow them in zone 7? Can you tell me a bit about their growth habits and taste. Do you put them up by freezing them?

  2. Heya mark
Maybe if ever you have some time on your hands to spend in the kitchen, you could try to first really fry/brown the meat, with some chili and ginger, then take it out and make several fries with different kind of veggies. (like onions, garlic and leek or cabbage with some soy-sauce and masala powder, then take it out and start frying the more leafy stuff with a bit different spices)
When I make my hot chicken-liver noodles, I tend to fry many ingredients apart from each other, as they will retain more of their original flavours. Much more time consuming tho …. When all are done, mix em together and maybe add some fresh peas for crunch, that sort of stuff ;o)
Also, you might try some sesame-oil for frying, and maybe some trassi or fish-sauce ;o)
    Cheers !
