  1. Our food is different than what our grandparents in the depression ate. My problem is that I have Crohn’s disease and rheumatoid arthritis that I can keep fairly under control if I eat all organic, real food without chemical additives and preservatives and no artificial sweeteners flavors colors or supposedly natural flavors (which are not natural at all). Maltodextrin is my kryptonite and is in almost every packaged food.

  2. I got to say something here! We have a RIGHT to organic. Do you ever think that our grandparents generation is much healthier BECAUSE everything just WAS organic? They didn't have to call it organic, it just WAS! They shouldn't be forcing us to use chemicals or gmo seeds and telling us it's the same, it's NOT.

  3. You go girl..HUNGER is universal.. It guides,NO DRIVES the human..Missing a meal is 1 event BUT missing a meal and the prospects of not eating the next meal is real,it messes w/ your head..STOCK TO HIGH HEAVENS..

  4. I just love you Patera!!! Everyday I look forward to seeing your videos. Makes me so happy to see the next. Keep stocking up ladies. We got this !! God Bless y’all ♥️and lots of love from Massachusetts ♥️

  5. Thank you for this! Some can’t afford to buy all organic and non-GMO or aren’t able to grow large gardens, and the “no-no’s” can be very discouraging for them. When push comes to shove, the most important thing is food in your loved ones’ bellies…organic/non-GMO or not.

  6. Yesterday I asked a construction sight front man who are building these beautiful homes . They have truck loads of wood / lumber they just throw in the land fields. So I asked yesterday if I could scrap a few things . He said yes have at it come back anytime take what you want when you want it. I will be dropping off fresh farmed eggs as a thank you . Hundreds or thousands of dollars wasted. As long as they are building there I can come and go as I please and crap lumber . It’s a blessing to have it because of the price of wood . Never hurts to ask . I climbed in and found even more of the stuff I wanted too . Also my husband has said get what you can when you can every little thing helps .

  7. Let the food snobs starve. More for us! These are trying times and unfortunately people have a hard time separating the knowledge that having 20 different versions of milk is a luxury.

  8. Yes!! I’m so happy to see that we are not the only ones doing this! I was just saying to my hubby, I feel like there are homesteaders and then preppers! I think we should do both!! Thank you once again for the encouragement!!

  9. I live in the city and we're being told we will be seeing starving children so I'm trying to stash some stuff for that. I don't care about the adults, I've been warning people for over 2 years just like you have and the snobs will be the first to starve.

  10. I even use plastic containers for rice, noodles, and other items, because if all my glass breaks, I will still have plastic containers with food. Many scenarios.
