A friend of mine who goes to the food bank feeds her chickens with the massive bags of tortillas they give them. Those eggs are fantastic!
We are in Corryton renting and our Landlord let us get chickens(he knows what's coming too) and my brother in law has room to grow 14 rows of potatoes for us and him! Last year we only had 2 raised beds and canned a little. It's almost time to pick strawberries and make jam!

My area in central ohio is selling farmland to big business solar farms. Thousands of acres of food productions gone!!! Miles and miles of solar panels. It’s sickening when I believe food shortages are already upon us. I have a garden every year. I hope to expand it. My main crops this year will be potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and tomatoes. That is what we use. God bless you Patera.

No garden, no greenhouse………can’t have those things where I live(mobile home park). I container garden, what I can, otherwise it’s what I can buy at the stores and I can meat, and some fresh veggies. Running out of room to store, but I’ll manage!

Share seeds, gather and trade.. Don't only buy. Set up alternatives as well.
