Just really find your vlogs so helpful and you’re a good teacher. I, glad you did share that you are a Christian, it’s impactful in so many ways. It speaks to a fellowship that is different for me in that I’m happy to be connected to a garden channel where that person knows what her purpose is and gives the glory to God. I agree that it’s important to share the refuge with anyone who can benefit regardless but the fact is, as you said we are to be stewards of the earth and to share God’s love. I was guided here because I’m dialed in.

I bought Dixondale onions this year for the first time, recommended by another youtuber. They have amazing instructional videos and after I received my sets I started getting periodic reminders of when to fertilize, etc. Sooo helpful because I've never succeeded in growing decent onions in past but already after 1 month I have several hundred really good looking planted and growing 🙂 I highly recommend them.

I just discovered you today, love you so much already! I'm a new raised bed farmer. I have been teaching my 4 young adult children that we were charged by God with taking care of all his creatures & all living things. I thought they'd think farming is boring, but they tend to hang around & silently watch a lot! So…I agree with your very transparent vlog & appreciate the rawness…❤

Where is this homestead located?
my husband and I are NOT religious, BUT we are VERY spiritual. We believe everything comes to us at the right time [as you do]. We sold our house, moved across the state, with no jobs or money, so he could get to know his birth father. 'Dad' just died and we have been here for over 23 years now. We also bought 5 acres in the middle of nowhere, and we learned to build fence in a VERY high wind area. We planted over 150 trees, and began a compost 'garden', since we did not know how to garden. We sold our land and house and moved into town, near a hospital as I had 2 back fusions and 2 neck fusions, then God gave me a brain tumor. We 'knew' then that whatever the plan was, we would move forward. We are very thankful that it was not cancer. 2 years later it grew back but is tiny this time so the Dr. does not want to operate again. I can tell you, I cannot think straight, or walk straight or finish a sentence but we say 'thank you God' [EVERYDAY] as everything in our 30 years together has ended up being a blessing and we are both better together for all our trials.
We NEVER complain but we still say thank you that I am alive and we are happy and we LOVE your program and I am getting my husband hooked on it too. We cannot wait until you buy the land you want and Miah builds you all a new home. Thank you for the great entertainment [that also teaches us].

i tell my friends that invite me too their church and some of them were like well then you don't live in gods eyes and this is what i tell them i always say my church is not within for walls my church is the world i do what i do not in the name of the local church but i enjoy doing all i do for my god not for me but if i can help someone with showing them and teaching by actions not words i built sheds for churches and a older gentle man that was living in a burnt out mobile how so i went too a local shed dealer and talked too the owner of the sheds and they cut me a deal of a lifetime and i bought the shed below their cost so they donated have the cost of the shed so i in turned made the shed into a tiny home for this older man so the news got around and i had people donate items that were need for the build i did all this under a home owner permit so the local news paper got the story about it it was not the top of the line anything but he was comfortable he had ac and heat i reused everything i could off the mobile home that was in good shape so now this man asked me why i did what i did my simple anwser was my parents taught me if i can lend a hand too someone in need its your job to do so so i sold the mobile home a scrap metal too get it off the property and the guy said take that money too help you needless too say i did not i said too him my payment is that i know your in a safe and warm shelter so he lived in that place until he passed away 5 years ago and he was happy everyday of his life his daughter let me know how much he enjoyed life in that little house too me people actions say volumes i will always help people that are trying too help themselves through out difficult times
