So, in my "perfect world" the Department of Agriculture establishes this method of farming as a minimum standard and stops all subsidies to farmers who continue mono culture and to till and expose soil. Their choice of method, only regenerative methods will be supported.

GEORGE W CAREY…was on the forefront of biochemistry and had published works across the world in the mid to late 1900's using a mixture of religion, astrology, physiology, anatomy, and chemistry, themed particularly with a mineral-based theory of human disease.
Adding innoculated charcoal to your soil will expedite this process even faster. For a more in depth explanation, search Terra Preta. Carry on, Earth stewards.
sheet mulching can kill perennials without tilling – ideally mowed down short first
Thanks to Gabe's incredible talk. The revolution of Natural Farming starts with Masanobu Fukuoka. I think we owe him a lot and good to acknowledge him. Here is the link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masanobu_Fukuoka
Thank you
Sunflowers are great cover crops
Excellent!!!
I love these guy He is so right
If working the land your obsession is not the quality of your soil then call yourself a tenant or land owner, not a farmer.
I haven't finished the whole series yet but I have a question about the soil packing. For those fields that are pact so tight water can't get through, how do you loosen up the soil without tilling? Or something to break it up so the water and there fore all other life can seep through
Amazing to put into words mycelium is the god to feed the multidimensional needs to feed every single one of us
I'm a believer 100%..the crop is nothing but a byproduct. almost a waste product..
Become a microbial farmer and the crops will flourish..
Feed the little workers in your soil, dont poison them..
(SAVE THE Microbial life)..we should have signs and March down the street till people listen
Amazing presentation! Everyone should watch this!
This was a very interesting video! Thank you!
In the sense that coal came from trees from eons ago, can we put carbon in our soils by mining and pulverizing coal and then tilling it into our soils instead of when we use charcoal?
Is anyone concerned about this man's BMI looks pretty overweight just eating meat isn't healthy talk is cheap
"I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose." I wouldnt be so sure
Listening to this while driving through western nodak.
Those damn glaciers!
Fantastic information! Very well articulated as well, easy for folks to understand that are clueless to the process. They should teach kids this in school. These simple principles can reverse global warming by sequestering carbon out of the air. It can produce more nutrient packed healthier food and more of it. Job security for our friend the farmer and that's always a good thing. Excellent video thanks so much for sharing!!!
He is right but he should apply the principles to his diet. Organic whole foods no animal products feeds your microbiology in your intestines. More mineral density, less toxin manufacturing, more fitness, better immune system and weight control.
Just going throw videos and this started playing, I don’t know the first thing about farming. Now I think I could start a better farm then anyone I know. I just couldn’t stop watching.
This guys is fantastic! Where art, wisdom, love beauty and science converge while listening to and understanding nature! Love this!
1:12:45 two thirds of your soil comes from roots. You gotta grow things.
I am not even a farmer and watched the whole thing in one go. Thank you very much for the wealth of information. I am glad that there are level headed people spreading these ideas and that you have such an interested audience.
Soil functions as the digestive tract of the plant.
