I like to buy a bag or bucket of local worm castings vs just compost and also add in about 10% by volume of organic alfalfa meal (lots of growth hormones)
I realize that you mean the video is sixty seconds but you literally said, "…potting soil in sixty seconds… rehydrate over the course of fifteen minutes."
Nice! On our farm we use something similar. Our recipe for seedlings mix 5kg brick of coir (they say it’s around 70L) 30L of our own screened compost, 30L perlite. We sometimes add some organic fertiliser such as hoof and horn to boost nitrogen a little, though optional . Peat free and Loam-less but getting better results than bought in mixes.(with peat and loam)
Another great short. Love these quick tips.
Thanks! This was perfect!
This is what I'm doing today…love it!
Where do you get yours from?
What's the purpose of adding playsand?
I bought coir for next year's mix. have used peat previously. Excited to try it out
Thanks for being quick to the point! How about adding perlite?

I love it! Where do you puchase coconut fibre in Victoria?
