I love cooking from scratch for my family! Life can get so busy and after a long day of work, I do not always have the energy to cook. Freezer meals and batch cooking save me! If it was not for freezer meals and batch cooking we would eat out way more. Eating out for us now is something for special occasions and by making freezer meals we can still enjoy a home cook scratch-made meal daily! I hope you try it!

  1. You are my kitchen & gardening hero. It is wonderful that this type of life has not disappeared. Thank you for making all these videos because I know it makes all this even more work than it would otherwise be. Thank You!

  2. Wow somehow I just discovered your channel! This was not only educational but extremely enjoyable watching you prep plan and precook 28 meals! Looks delicious as well!!

  3. Wow, first video I’ve ever seen… when you mentioned the garden I immediately scrolled over to the rest of your content and subscribed. We love to grow our food and freezer meal prep as well! So excited for your content!

  4. In the South (Alabama), we call it Chicken Spaghetti instead of Tetrazzini. I make it in the crockpot and it is easy and perfect for a throw together dinner, or taking to a friend who needs dinner.

  5. I love that you have the recipe link added. Everything looks so good. I’m a single mom of three and have been thinking of starting to do the whole freezer meals. The fact that you linked the recipes has sealed it for me. Thanks for the info! I am now a new subbie!!

  6. Did I watch all of this even though I hate cooking and gardening….yes, yes I did and it made wish to be this organized. Honestly though not sure how I ended up here YouTube black holes get interesting.

  7. i really enjoy your channel and your excitement….i canned alot when i was younger and now have gotten back into it as well as establishing a pantry…suggestion…i always make a large amount of rice when i cook it…i used it for stir fry (setting up a container with veggies, and spices, then freeze)..and i also make rice balls and freeze…very quick and easy to pull them out…i need to get a bigger freezer…i also roast a large amount of red pepper because i have tons a recipes that just call for roasted peppers…i roast, peel the skin, puree, right down the weight of just the pepper for the recipes and stick in container for the freezer for later use…i use it for hummus, dips and a great pasta sauce…

  8. Be aware that reheating frozen produce dries it out, so you should make the things a little more moist than usual (e.g. put more sauce in between layers if you're making frozen lasagna, make the meatballs a bit moister than usual, that sort of thing). Be careful to not overdo it though, as too much liquid can destroy stuff like frozen pizza or sandwiches when reheating so be sure to not put moist vegetables (like zucchini, fresh tomato, cucumber) in those.

  9. Just wondering if your stove is ceramic or induction. I have the same type of pans you have but am told not to use them on my induction hob. The pans on your stove seems to perform well. Thinking maybe I should go ahead and just try mine on the induction hob and see what happens 🙂

  10. I was wondering what you were going to do for lids for the glass baking pans you found at Goodwill. But, DUH! Aluminum foil! I'm tracking now! WHERE DID YOU LEARN THESE MAD COOKING SKILLS??? The flavoring you put into all of these had me salivating! WOW!!!
