  1. Becky, I am super loving everything and find myself binge watching so many of your videos. Can you write a blog post on your site for how you make your famous beef stroganoff freezer friendly?!? I looked at the recipe and would love to see it all on its own, outside of these big freezer meal days. Much love!

  2. Well you have converted a 67 year old. Today I received my food saver bags and vacuum and sealing machine! What fun I had this morning test freezing some small batches to see how to get best results so thank you

  3. If only I didn't have 10 kids. One won't eat onions, another mushrooms, another cheese, there is egg and coconut allergy, various other noses in the air, and one doesn't eat meat.

  4. How bizarre I am exactly the same with carrot discs. It reminds me of over boiled stew we had a schoo. But but them any other way so it doesn't look like a carrot shape I am good!

  5. FYI foil breaks down in the freezer and can cause your food to be tainted by the aluminum chemicals. Please use plastic wrap or wax paper first before covering with aluminum foil. Would hate for your food to be compromised by the chemicals in aluminum foil.

  6. Becky, I've been watching your videos the last several days. You are such a hard worker! You remind me of young me….I've got 24 years on you! My partner and I have a similar dynamic. I dive in, learn as I go, and he does all the research and stuff that takes patience. Have you ever made ricotta from scratch? It's so easy, only 4 ingredients and the flavor is far superior to anything you can buy already made. I'm not trying to make more work for you….you work hard enough…but…I think you also save a little money making it from scratch. I'm really enjoying your videos as my hobbies are cooking and urban gardening. 🙂 You're an inspiration!
