  1. I like to make a sort of spaghetti/baked ziti/lasagna hybrid where I make a good red sauce with crumbled ground beef, cook pasta (usually rotini) and put them together in a bowl, then cover the bowl with some shredded mozzarella and stick the bowls under the broiler until they get that beautiful brown bubbliness we all love. You could also add some plops of ricotta in there if you wanted extra creaminess. It's very good.

  2. Becky, are you aware that raspberry leaf tea has caused premature labor and has been used to induce labor? Usually not to be consumed until week 34. Although some reports say it's false, please do some research, if you haven't already, before consuming. Fyi, I use to work at a health food store, so your announcement flagged me.

  3. Everything looks delicious!!! I love Lasagna too! The soup looks sooo yummy! The desert ! Oh my goodness! Wonder if you could use any fruit and or berries. Thinking of apricot or blackberries!

  4. Becky, you need to make sure you're taking care of yourself. If necessary just post a 1 minute vid to say, I'm tired or I'm sick…I need a bit of time. We'll wait. No worries. You go so hard all the time, I worry that you're not resting up for the tornado of exhaustion that is coming at you when the baby arrives. Please rest up.

  5. when i have a lot of ice on my berries or veg and i wanna avoid that freezer taste, i just rinse the ice off. Quick enough that it removes the ice but doesn't thaw the fruit/veg.

  6. Becky, I am new to your channel and am wondering if you keep your veggie scraps to make veggie broth with? I did that this week and made a hands down better tasting product vs boxes or canned broth. I was amazed! This old dog learned a new, to me, trick!

  7. I watched you and your mom on your trip . I wish I could have seen an talked to the both of you. I might try the soup and blueberry bar when I feel better. I hope you feel super ok real soon. I had to go to dr fri. I could hardly push my walker. Can u believe it..I had to go around the side of office to back. Stayed in the car and nurse and Dr came out. They did two test flu and covid…..I have,Covid… can you believe that! 73 and dodged it until this past week. I feel like you are one of my grandkids. I have 2 kids. Girl. She has a girl 30….Boy..He has 2 girls. 21 and 18.

  8. I remember one of your videos you were at your former home baking. You suggested cracking the eggs first into a bowl to see if they had a smell. This I shared with lots of people. Many of us just crack into the mixing bowl never knowing it might be a rotten egg. Can you mention just what kind of smell would tell you the egg is bad? Thank you. Take care of yourself, baby, hubby, your wonderful parents and hubby's family.

  9. Thanks for the review of the lasagna soup! So excited I finally saw your sweet baby bump! I've been watching and waiting with baited breath for your baby reveal video. Can't wait!

  10. Glad you're home safely and feeling better. You have such a great attitude about mishaps in the kitchen..I think my videos would be R rated (at least PG 13!) because I do not have as good a sense of humor when I spill or break. You have such a sweet, patient spirit..your children will be lucky to grow up with you as their mom.

  11. We love lasagna soup, I make it minus the pasta and freeze it. When I pull it out to make it I add the pasts then. I also found a type of pasta( I think it is cavateppi) that looks a lot like lasagna noodles and I use that. I make the soup when I want lasagna but don't have the time to make it.

  12. For the soup, I poured it into small, individual cast iron pots that I've had for a while, then put the cheese on top and placed them on a cookie sheet in the oven on broil for a few minutes. I pulled them out when the cheese turned a light golden brown on top and added a sprig of parsley. It was good but I think you are right, lasagna is better than the soup.
