  1. Hi Becky. I just wanted to tell you that finding your channel is one of the things I’m very thankful for in 2021. I have learned so many things. I’m always looking for ways to be more efficient and save money for myself and my family and you’re helping me do that. Today I’m especially grateful for having watched you for the last couple of months. After watching you cook with an electric roaster I convinced my sister and mom to buy one between the 3 of us, with 3 households composed of 4 people total, sharing made sense. Today we used it for the first time and we had the best, moistest turkey ever and it was cooked so fast that we went right into making 18 quarts of soup. The amount of time and electricity it has already saved us makes the 60$ we spent on the roaster more than worth it. Thank you! I’m looking forward to the new things you have coming. Happy new year!

  3. Your mother in law is very lucky to have a daughter in law like you to make all that yummy food and take it to her to share. I cant wait to try that lasagna recipe. Thank you for all your knowledge. Did you ever try that canning jiggler in stead of the regulator? I noticed you are going to be a participant on suttons daze. Yay!!!

  4. I was with you till you pulled out the no bake noodles. That made me sad. They don't give the same texture as when you use even the pre made dry noodles you boil. When I do a Bolognese I use beef ribs in my pressure cooker with a pepperette and a sauce I canned. We do the veg on the stove and immersion blender with the sauce after the pressure cooker finishes (I tend to make a thick and chunky tomato sauce when I can them). We prefer mafalda if we want to do like a 'lazy lasagna'. We usually make it two or more at a time and we'll do an American version with the ricotta and a bechamel sauce one too. Sometimes if we don't do the beef for a Bolognese do the holy Trinity (beef pork and veal) spinach and either ricotta or bechamel sauce never cottage cheese. And always pecorino

  6. Hi Becky, I just read your recipe for the No Knead Bread and I think I found a typo. There is water twice written, I think one should be flour, right? I'm so excited. I'm gonna make it tomorrow, well the day after..
