  1. You speak of shelling peas, or English peas.
I remember sitting on the porch, listening to audio stories on the radio and shelling peas!
I also remember how they gave the horse hives. Lol!
That was a fun time. Well, not for Queenie the horse.

  2. You convinced me to try to make Gnocchi. My Italian husband appreciated it. I used some potatoes on the verge of going bad and tried something new. I enjoy watching your video and get inspiration of trying new things.

  3. Becky you’re so cute when you taste a new dish you tilt your head slightly and close your eyes as you consider whether it’s a win or not. I’m going to try this recipe this week! Thank you for you!

  4. For the Gnocchi, if you're looking for less gluten development, consider cake or pastry flour. These are lower/less strength gluten flours that help the fluff/loftiness of cakes and pastries.

  5. Hey, in east germany (thuringia) we like to eat our red cabbage with a littlebit of apple. Usually sauce or juice 🙂 it is one of my favourite things!

  6. Hi Becky.
I love your videos, very inspiring.
Just wanted to let you know if you don't already – You're not supposed to eat green or eye potatoes. Green = poisonous/dangerous to eat.
Thank you for showing both the wins and room for improvement parts of your making <3
