The Vitamix is the Queen of all blenders. I’ve had mine with the additional flour blender attachment and haven’t looked back now for 6 years
Just made this! Thanks!
Ur simply amazing!! I'm a single gal but wish I could live like u do!!! Apt living isn't ideal but it's all I can do. Any advice or video would be greatly welcome!
I LOVE my vitamin!!!! Glad you got one and love it! Great video! love, hugs, prayers.
That looks so tasty! I just started a batch of fermented hot sauce, i'm going to have to try this with the next batch of peppers!
I have a question: can you reuse the lids on the jars? or does it have to be always have a new lid?
Made this but I don’t think I did something right cause mine is very thick. How should I thin it out?
Thank you so much for your channel! It’s inspired me to pretend homestead from my apartment, while pregnant. I just canned this sauce and it is so good. Just what my husband likes.
I wonder if being in health care (i know dentistry but still) you might feel comfortable to try some body care application of capsaicin for muscle and joint pain…using your peppers! I realize you might not want the liability of sharing details on your channel.
How long will the hot sauce in the fridge last?
In one of your canning videos you mentioned a book your mom either gave you or recommend.. what was the name of that book?
You are such an accomplished woman. I am about 20 years older than you and I am learning something with every VIDEO! !
After putting sauce in the hot water bath, can I shelf them like my other canned food?
If you leave most of the vinegar out when you start blending, and slowly add it back in while blending, it makes for a smoother result much quicker!
I made this today and it's absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I absolutely adore you!
I just made this…Amazing! I had some red and green hot peppers diced up in the freezer. I had my son pull the remaining pepper plants out of the garden. He showed me we still had a couple handfuls of hot peppers still on the plants (many not ripened) so I decided to make this recipe to see how it would be with both ripe and partially ripe peppers. Man was it yummy! Just enough heat for me! LOL! 😀
Did you leave the seeds in when you cooked it?
Do you think this could be made with jalapenos? I don't know what to do with all my jalapenos. I pickled some but they were a little too hot.
You are so inspirational!
How long until the hot sauce expires
Hi Becky, I just made a second batch of this hot sauce today . Like the first time I added one raw mango and it turned out so well
I don't eat hot sauce but that is beautiful. Great job.
Why do you boil the containers?
I literally get lost in Acre homestead at least 45 min a day. There is always a video I haven’t seen. I’ll be sad when I’m all caught up.
I'm also saving Tabasco bottles for homemade hot sauce. Nicely done! I'm starting a bunch of Chiles now
