  1. Dr.woods peppermint Castile soap oil and Dr woods teatreesoap, hydro peroxide,70,,%rubbing alcohol for 2quarts of water you need a quarter cup of Dr woods peppermint and tea tree soap each 1table spoon of peroxide 1%you have to delude 3%the and then 1cup of rubbing alcohol you spray this on your plants top to bottom and the dirt and all plant around them treat one week after it will get rid of the webbing to kills on contact and the eggs to

  2. I've been dealing with an extensive infestation for several months now, and I wanted to throw in my $0.02. All of the washes and soaps are just going to control the population. They'll always return. Same for DE, but it has a longer lasting effect. Fumigation is an option that wasn't discussed here. Lemongrass, citronella, peppermint, and rosemary essential oils all have insecticidal qualities and can either be heavily diluted and applied as a foliar spray or allowed to atomize into an enclosed space. Even vaporized, the chemicals in those oils are poison to a tiny mite.
Apart from dumping a plant, I don't think anything can fully eliminate an infestation other than with predators. Ladybugs and lacewings (and their larvae) are actually kind of useless, they're too big and a bit on the slow side. They can control a population by eating adults, but I don't think they will go after eggs the way that predator mites will. There's also a tiny predatory beetle Stethorus punctillum that is a cousin of the ladybug and is at least shaped like one. They're expensive as predators go, but they'll eat up spider mites like no other.

  3. I have spider mites on my succulent I think, I treated with peppermint oil and neem oil and still haven’t stopped them. My succulent won’t last much longer. I’m trying the airflow method and then next cold method.

  4. The first…errmmm…medicinal plant I ever grew was in my attic. It was the only plant up there, and somehow got spider mites.
I was so emotionally disturbed from battling them that I didn't grow anything else for a couple of years. Devil bastards, I say!

  5. If the plant is sturdy enough, you can hose them off in the shower (or outdoors) with fairly high pressure (especially the underside of the leaves) once or twice a day for a week or three. It can actually fix the problem because you'll be blowing the buggers off with the water. (Unless the infestation has gone too far, then it'll probably just drown the plant (so be careful to not get the dirt wet, just the leaves). XD
