Just a quick update about what we have growing in our garden in late February!
This is a very quick update on what is going on here. It has rained every day for about the last two weeks and is supposed to rain every day for the next two weeks too. We are doing as much in the garden as we can, but it is just a wet boggy mess!
We are prepping a bed and planting Candy onions. The soil amendments we used are Blood Meal, Bone Meal, and Black Kow composted cow manure.

We picked cucumbers, green beans, tomatoes, and peas.
The green beans have slowed down so much that we decided it is time to pull them and plant some more purple hull peas.
We are creating a new strawberry bed with the daughter plants we caught off the plants in our original strawberry bed.
We show how we attach a hose to the pump in the pond to water our garden with our good nutrient rich fish water.
We are planting purple hull peas where we pulled the last two rows of corn. We also plant climbing green beans where the other Roma tomatoes were.
The Roma tomatoes have really slowed down in production, so we decided to pull them. We harvested all the tomatoes from the plants, pulled the vines, and replanted where they were with butter beans.
A week to week look at how our impatiens grew over time in the pond filters.
We are fertilizing our peppers with worm casting tea and chicken dirt. We then mulched the pepper bed with hay.
