VIDEO: Mom's Sanity Supper~Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Every mom has that meal. When life is spinning and the chores are lined up, but you need to feed the troops! This is one of my quick sanity suppers! It’s stretching a meal by using leftovers and is great in a pinch. My men love it!

  1. Patara, YUM!!!! I don't know why you apologized for this meal……I can tell you from where I am sitting, it looks sooooo good! It will be one I am making after a trip to the grocery store. I love it when you make your cooking videos, b/c you always have such good ideas 😉 Keep up the good work, girly girl! Thanks for adding to my weekly food lineup!

  2. Costco SOMETIMES sells an Ancient Grain nonGMO pancake/baking mix, it is not sweet and i use it like Bisquick ITS AMAZING! I'm trying to patiently wait till they bring it back onto their shelf idk why when u find a product that becomes a favorite it seems to either change in quality or vanish.

  3. I consider those food items staples in my pantry. They are for sure a must have in every kitchen. I've made this recipe for as long as I can remember cooking. I often times will use the Stove-Top stuffing mix and place that on top of my casseroles, all depending on what I have on shelf at the time..Looks amazing, tfs!

  4. Love 'ya gal! Just ran across this and subscribed, 'cause you & I do things alot alike. Sometimes I use celery instead of coc soup, and when I do it with beef, I use 'beefy mushroom soup. Like you said, change it and do your own thing-the basic approach is the same.

  5. I roasted a whole chicken with carrots, onions, & celery for mine. I used half of the chicken & chopped the roasted veggies & also added the frozen mixed veggies. I also added some of the broth for added flavor!

  6. I save all my tidbits of leftovers in a gallon freezer bag. I’ll make a pot pie or soup. No waste. I switch it up and use different crusts… pie crust, bisquick, crescent rolls… I love doing beef pot pie from leftover beef roast or steak. Great video
