  1. You grow pretty stuff. Love your mug but zoom on the greens please 🙂 WoaH! The new greenhouse looks pro yo. FanTASTic ! Didnt realize you double walled it. Looks like its getting lots of light…The new bed in the nursery looks good too.

  2. I covered my beds with landscape fabric for the winter. Do I need to get tarps instead? It was a fairly sunny warm day today so I uncovered my peas, then recovered before sundown. Is uncovering during the day good?

  3. Do you have plans to make another marketing video before the end of the year? I have such a hard time selling this whole idea to people and chefs. Worst part is I am a chef and I can't get my boss or the owner to even consider buying strait from a grower and not a big supplier. They say there is to much risk involved. Any ideas to persuade there point of view?

  4. Curtis, how do you price to resturaunts? If they buy in bulk to you change the price or keep it where it is? I picked up a small resturaunt and I'm curious about how to price them. Thanks.

  5. Curtis im growing a nice harvest of green dwarf kale right now and it looks amazing but for the first time now ive notice under almost all the mature leafs there are almost what look like crystal spots like a hard resin and its built into the leafs. i was wondering if it was some form of pest laying eggs but looked up all the pests and could not find anything similar to what im seeing. the kale is growing fully organic and looks amazing and healthy with no sign of pests but these will mini crystal sacks that are right into the leafs like you cant waste them off or anything so i wont want to be eating or giving kale to my friends with bug eggs sacks on it haha but it is also kinda hard and does not squish like you would think something like that would…. anyways you have grown your fair share of kale and google and youtube has no answer so just wondering if you know whats up cus i feel bad to just crop out all this awesome kale and replace with other green…. anyways thanks Cheers

  6. Thanks for the video going into the winter season. Will enjoy watching your low tunnels, wind storm shredded mine two nights ago, lost everything we had in the ground.
