Hey curtis, I just watched an interesting video by a youtuber that I watch from time to time and I think you should check it out. The guys neighbor has built a self sustaining greenhouse and has many interesting ideas. Maybe you guys could swap contacts and make a video together. That would be really interesting to watch!

It appears that your plantings are quite dense but yet the roots are of good size. How are you thinning?
Wow you harvest them so young small and immature!!! They can be the size of grapefruits and taste delicious. I guess you want to grow them fast and harvest the greens also and sell it as premium tiny turnips.
