I just love easy, fun, and even odd garden tips. I stumbled upon this idea myself when I found myself searching for a way to cure garlic and onions in in the garage without taking up space on tables. Just add a fan to the area, let your bulbs cure for a few weeks, and you’re ready to store these root crops.

Hi – new subscriber here … I have around 12 types of garlic this year but mine isn't ready to dig up – in fact, I still have to cut the scapes off 🙂 🙂
So you can't just eat them fresh out of the ground? Great idea for a simple drying rack.
Jill how come no new videos? I miss your expertise.
Great idea!
Good vidio.
Watched both of your garlic vids. i'm guessing you live maybe on the east or south east… just guessing… I live in the San Joaquin Valley of CA. Just curious as to your definition of hot is. During our summer months some of our lows are mid to high 80's (at 3 AM) and during the day will easily be in the 100's for 90% of all of our summer days. I have found that using a fan is 100% necessary to prevent the garlic from drying & curing too quickly.
Thank you for the link from your garlic harvesting video. That fence panel will keep the vamps away from my whole town.
Great channel!
