Using normal mushrooms. Its all they sell here IF they sell them at all.
Coconut aminos, Braggs or Trader Joe’s , healthy option instead of soy sauce
Awesome!!! Thanks for sharing. I can’t wait to try it. Now I’m going to share with you. Try putting lemongrass into your homemade chicken soup.
Natural soy sauce its soooo much healthier then just regular soy sauce lol
Looks lovely, thanks for the video
More recipes from your garden please!!!!!
It looks oh so good! Pacific broth is my favorite brand! I absolutely love mushrooms but haven't been able to eat them in over 10 years due to being allergic so I'll have to find a substitute or just leave it out! I have everything else growing in my garden even have a kefir lime tree!
Can we get an actual written recipe?
Sad news for me, guys… just came home from a two week stay in a convalescent home due to peripheral pitting edema and a UTI to discover that all of my plants had succumbed to an unexpected drop in temperature here in SoCal and were dead as a doornail. Boo-hoo! Now, I have to start again from scratch, so wish me luck! Hopefully my order with the Orange Rousollini tomatoes will arrive soon so they can be amongst the new batch of seedlings. Hope no one else suffers this kind of set-back. Happy growing!
That looks beautiful, but if you want to eat healthy, stay away from that ramen!
Mmmm delicious!! 😉
Hi Luke greeting from a Thai fan!
appreciate your cooking! next time add some Galingale instead of Ginger and lemon juice into it 🙂
Awesome video in every aspect man! Very relaxing, almost like an ASMR video haha!
Cheers!
That looks delicious. I am horribly allergic to soy though, so if there's no way to supplement the soy sauce than I won't be able to try it.
You should have a sub channel on all your recipes you use using your garden fresh stuff

Is there no Asian grocery store in Detroit that sells the authentic ingredients? You can find some of them online. I am impressed with your creativity with substitutions. It reminds me how lucky I am living in a large city with access to many ethnic ingredients.
thanks Luke. i will make this and share with friends.
i loveeee lemongrass soup! it's lifesaving when you're sick too
Rice noodles are not my thing, if it tasted like rice then it would be tasteful
Did i miss how much soy sauce?
Clean the lemongrass, keep about 5 inches, smash the root part till its really broken… add to the soup. 1 liter for 1 lemongrass.
Looks delicious!! I so wanna grow lemongrass and Thai chilis!
I love the scent of lemongrass! The plants become huge here snd are so beautiful in my garden! Need to start cooking with them. Never tried it before. Thank you for the recipe. I’m sure it’s delicious!
