  1. It looks oh so good! Pacific broth is my favorite brand! I absolutely love mushrooms but haven't been able to eat them in over 10 years due to being allergic so I'll have to find a substitute or just leave it out! I have everything else growing in my garden even have a kefir lime tree!

  2. Sad news for me, guys… just came home from a two week stay in a convalescent home due to peripheral pitting edema and a UTI to discover that all of my plants had succumbed to an unexpected drop in temperature here in SoCal and were dead as a doornail. Boo-hoo! Now, I have to start again from scratch, so wish me luck! Hopefully my order with the Orange Rousollini tomatoes will arrive soon so they can be amongst the new batch of seedlings. Hope no one else suffers this kind of set-back. Happy growing!

  3. Is there no Asian grocery store in Detroit that sells the authentic ingredients? You can find some of them online. I am impressed with your creativity with substitutions. It reminds me how lucky I am living in a large city with access to many ethnic ingredients.

  4. I love the scent of lemongrass! The plants become huge here snd are so beautiful in my garden! Need to start cooking with them. Never tried it before. Thank you for the recipe. I’m sure it’s delicious!
